Benefit Brokers, LLC is one of the few independent group insurance agencies left in middle Tennessee. Our clients appreciate the commitment we have made to the employee benefits industry over the past 25 years and know that we will continue our personalized service long into the future.
With more mega agencies buying all the independent operators we strive to provide the same level of services they can offer without losing the personal touch. To do this we partner with Benefits, Inc., a larger middle Tennessee, independent agency with the same values we believe in. This partnership allows us to keep our identity while being able to offer many new services to our clients.
The advantage of being a smaller agency is we develop personal relationships with our clients and their staff. When there is a question or problem you know who to call and it’s the same person you have been working with for years. If having personal service and access to HR professionals, attorneys, an enrollment team or online benefits communication tools is important to you we can provide that to you with no cost.

Account Management Team
In addition to Mark & Ben providing customer service, we have a team to back us up when we need additional assistance or our clients have larger needs.
HR & Compliance
We give our clients access to our staff attorneys and HR professionals to ensure they are in compliance and assist with HR related issues. We also provide ThinkHR at no cost for additional unlimited research and HR support.
Enrollment Team
Our full time enrollers are salaried employees who can assist with employee enrollments and open enrollment. We can bring in the team or just a few to meet personally with your staff to answer questions and help them choose the right plan for their situation and budget.
Technology Team
We provide Employee Navigator, BerniePortal and other online tools to make your life easier. We also have full time staff to build, test and train you on your new benefit communication and enrollment platform.
