Helping Tennessee Business Owners Navigate the Group Health Insurance Market and Succeed.

We help TN employers design, implement, communicate and manage employee benefit plans that meet their needs and budget.

We provide solutions to your group insurance challenges

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Properly designed group insurance can be one of the most strategic tools for employers to use for employee attraction and retention.

HR TOOLS & RESOURCES

The Human Resources department is responsible for much more than just HR. There are so many employee issues that come through your office adding to the unending work load of new hires/terms, payroll, TN compliance, 401-k and of course benefits administration. We work very hard every day to make your benefit plans run smoothly.

ACA COMPLIANCE

In addition to our regular updates and personalized assistance, we offer HR and benefit plan compliance, assistance and practical advice for real-life situations. We provide sample employee benefit notices, forms, model plan documents and SPDs.

BUSINESS INSURANCE

Key person insurance, buy/sell planning, individual disability carve-out plans, and other high-quality programs are an important aspect of significantly improving the perceived value of total compensation for the executive and protecting your business in the event of the retirement, death, or disability of selected key executives.

INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE

We can help with Medicare supplements, life, disability and long-term care insurance. Group products are great and very affordable but sometimes additional coverage is needed.
