About Benefit Brokers

After spending years building a large, multi-location employee benefits company, we realized there are many advantages to being a large agency, however there are also some very important things that are sacrificed with client relationships. The primary reason we got in this business was to properly design and implement benefit programs for our clients. Losing sight of our fundamental purpose inspired us to start a new agency with excellent, committed staff and get back to our core principals. The client comes first. Hands-on customer service, designing strategies that focus on our clients' goals and having the time to give back to our community are also top priorities.

In order to meet or exceed our clients' expectations, Benefit Brokers utilizes a team approach to client management. Our group has been working together for several years. We have developed our team strategy through trial and error to effectively support our clients' employee benefit needs throughout the year. Each of our clients has a dedicated team to support them with their unique requirements. We use an innovative client management system in order to support our clients in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

We love what we do and want our clients to feel the committment we make to the relationship.

Merryman-Farr has teamed with David Moore since our company began in 2001. Since that time, we have grown from less than 10 employees to over 130 employees, and our employee benefit needs have grown considerably and seamlessly during that time. They have served as the middle-man on several occasions to help resolve individual coverage issues and that adds an amazing amount of intangible value to our employees' perceptions of our company.
